Trends & Mergers reached out to Lapis.co with a problem - their users were having a very difficult time navigating through the website to the point where they would give up and either leave the site or force the founders to create and manage their accounts for them. They needed our help to fix, what they thought, was a user experience (UX) issue. Lapis.co reached out to me for assistance in determining how to fix their UX issue. We performed the initial audit and determined that the website certainly had UX issues, but, more importantly, was built from the ground up in a way that completely jumbled up business processes and forced everyone involved to do additional tedious work to accomplish every single task. We rebuilt their site to better accommodate their customers and themselves through the use of a fresh new design, intuitive UX, a powerful content management system and a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Since launch, they have been using all of the tools we've provided to more efficiently run their business and focus more closely on their goals.
